Ever since I earned my title title of perennial candidate it has changed my perspective on politics.  Evidently, risking  career and reputation is a bad thing.  Being a lousy representative desiring to enslave contstituents is not; and perennially running on that, is not.

Inauguration 2009 has made a difference for me.  Although I ran a virtual campaign for President, it was understood that only a miracle could've put me in the White House.  However, substance learned in each camp came from my issue identities, and each party used those perceptions in TV spots and blogs.  

Ask yourself would they have gone to my site if not a decalred candidate.  They were short on learning, ignoring the two most important words in our economy; (1) Profits, and (2) Tax base.  Neither Congress or state legislatures can define or create either.

Therefore, my questions are:

 I'm Gene Zarwell and after receiving many inquiries from my "coffeetalks", I decided to see what if any chance a challenger would have in 2010 to any incumbent in Maryland.

I been there six times and have seen similar results from my efforts as others see again in 2004.

There must be a reason for these Republican failures and I would like to know how to fix that.

For that reason I have prepared this short survey to find out how you assess your resolve in changing this state  into what you think it should be.

Part of the problem is Democratic failure to honor our right to vote.  Yes votes are counted in counties, but not reported statewide to media, therefore their is lacking any public official who has voter support of record.  For more information regarding Maryland State fraud on voting...
