         Through my global involvements, I have developed business strategies with tactics to conquer e-commerce shares for my partners. Marketing information technology is the thread throughout my career for the last 45 years.  Recently, I've expanded business to three continents with opportunity on several others.

         Your company may have grown from your concept, or, its Board of Directors chose you to revitalize the team effort.  Your goal is to produce higher profits resulting in increased investor distributions.  You have identified a unique market niche or are looking for more diversity to create anti-cyclical cash flow. 

         Working behind the scenes supporting many executives has given me an insight and an edge in developing successful strategies.  These leaders in their fields sometimes only needed simple fixes to their communications programs.  In the process, I have provided strategic thinking, conducted company wide audits, proposed restructuring, and in some cases, rethink their product line.  Why?  To capitalize on assets and resources!

          For others, not only have I developed initial business plans, but I also prepared financial projections, applications for SBA Loans, drafted funding documents seeking initial seed capital from private investors, redesigned products, developed marketing plans, designed packaging for point of purchase sales, and wrote product documentation.
